Hi. Not a very well advertised blog. I recommend posting more often and advertising it through existing channels. You guys know best. But thanks for the info anyway. I am also a physician currently posted in Pkl - came across ur blog purely by accident while searching google for HCMS and Anuradha Gupta.
excuse me, can somebody tell me how much salary, a 1st yr pg will get in pgims rohtak from this yr onwards? the gross amount? i cannot understand the pay scales... thank u in advance...
From 10th March 2008 onwards the salary of a first yr PG is the same as he is getting the salary as Medical Officer in his original HCMS set up. The PG from general category of PGIMS Rohtak will get around +30.
plz tell me when a regular medical officer joined HCMS on 19-04-94 will get 2nd and 3rd ACP ? the 1st ACP has already been granted in May 1999.
HCMS is v. inactive & weak organistion. It has taken negligble steps when a fresh M.O. recruite put in pay band II entitled to start basic pay from 14880 was direscte with a reduced start at Rs. 12090 by finance deptt. order dated 18/08/2009.
Moreover in delhi fresh recruits are put in pay band III.
Recently in J&K fresh M.O are put in pay Band IIIfrom pay band IIone grade higher than lectures.
Are HCMS functionaries are afraid to convey their grivences to govt.

as above said by dr dahiya . pay has been reduced for new recruites . seniors and hcms associations are seen to be ignorant .as they are getting full salary. they are paying no attention to this problem.. many docters has left service as they are no more in benefit
can anybody guide we people.. new recruites in hcms2 .. are getting pay band 2 that too starting from 12086 something.. wat steps to be taken
hi good morning everybody. i hv been recently joined hcms2 but not satisfied with the revised pay scale.at least pay scale must be in pay band 3. as it is in many other states like uttar pradesh, delhi.hcms association seems to be getting weaker by the time .we must raise the issue to higher level
i think we should take a legal course against govt for increasing the pay of new hcms recruits , imagine pay of hcms doctor is far less than a staff nurse in delhi

hello friends, recently govt have again lowered our pay scales at our entry level,our pay scale is now equal to a nurse, shameful govt attitude towards doctors.we should fight for our right and should got at least class-1 status.Doctors with pg degree/diploma holders should got specialist cadre and should be put in 15600+6000GP scale
